I’m 26 and still learning to adult on my own. I honestly don’t know much about car insurance as well as its intricacies, but Aurhea at Brookey Insurance really seemed like she cared about consoling all of my worries. I’ve worked in customer service my whole life and she definitely gave me a wonderful experience when I reached out to them for help and to make things better all of it was sorted out electronically! Danyelle was absolutely amazing. She gave me a few options and made sure I had all details I needed before proceeding. She worked with me around my work schedule and made this process a breeze. By far the best customer service I received in a long time. If I could give her 100 stars for the 100 percent she put in I would. ☺️
