We visited Brooks Biddle from an hour away to look at a specific vehicle. The car was prepped and ready for inspection even though I did not give a specific time. The dealership was clean and you can tell the owners take pride in the business. Spoke with Dan and Oz, who were friendly and helpful. No slimy sales staff that you dread seeing on some lots. Test drive went fine, but just be prepared to have someone riding with you telling you exactly what route to take. Would prefer to not have a babysitter, but it's their policy and wasn't a huge bother. Inspection went fine overall. Fluids, serpentine belt, battery, and tires were all in good shape. There was a small oil leak, which was only found by crawling under the car. A little surprising on a vehicle with only 50K mileage, but not a deal breaker if there was any room on the price. Made an offer well above KBB, but they declined to move on the sticker price. Their own website shows 3 price drops in the past month, so take the "no haggle" price with a grain of salt. Good experience overall, maybe we'll still be in the market if they have to drop the price again.

Went for a 2.5 hour drive to look at a car they had that I thought I wanted. I called first and spoke to Gavin to make sure it was still in stock. He was super helpful on the phone and we headed up. Since it was electric he took it over to a supercharger to get it charged up to near full for me while I was on my way. He was super helpful when we got there. He quickly got us through all of the paperwork, was very friendly, and got us a good deal on the car we wanted. He has followed up to make sure everything was still good, and explained any extra options well.
Overall I had a great experience.

Danny, Oz, and the rest of the team at Brooks Biddle toke great care of me and my wife! Everyone we interacted with was friendly and didn’t pressure us into anything we did need or want. Thanks so much for making the process of buying our 2016 Honda Pilot a pleasure and a breeze!
