It's rare that I give a 5 star rating. The criteria and standards for a 5 star rating is meant for those rare experiences that hits all the marks: service, quality, value, organization and appearance, convenience, ease of access, and parking. The Brooks Brothers Factory Outlet in the Camarillo Outlets hit all of those marks. Store is conveniently located on the corner entrance to the outlet with free parking nearby. We were immediately greeted by Mike the Supervisor as we entered the store. He made me aware of the post holiday specials and I explained to him what I was looking for. Less than 30 mins later I successfully tried on 2 beautifully tailored suits in both fitted and regular styles along with matching slacks, all were part of the holiday special, 2 Brooks Brothers suits for $599, an unbelievable deal. My wife also found a beautiful wool coat with traditional Brooks Brothers detailed stitching for 80% off. Mike showed us the differences with different suit styles to make sure I was aware of the options. The cut of the suits were perfect despite being a bigger guy. They have a solid collection of styles and inventory. We completed the purchase in a timely manner and Mike gave us his card for any further assistance of needed. We left the store excited and extremely pleased with the experience. Bravo to Mike and the team at Brooks Brothers in Camarillo. Keep up the excellent work!

What do you expect out of an outlet/factory store? Deals, deals, and more deals!
I guess I didn't come at the right time since the sale they had was pretty much over. That also means that selection was slimming down too. I did find some nice shirts I was looking for, so if you want to find something make sure to ask for help from the sales people. They were more than willing to help me find what I was looking for.
Overall, I had a good experience. The attendants are friendly and helpful.
