I would Not recommend Brooks pest control for services!!! A door to door sales person named Jake came to our home offering pest control services in a new neighborhood. My dog barked when he kept coming to the door and woke my 11 month old son up. I was a frustrated mom that wanted him to go away I kept asking for a card and told him I would talk to the owner on the home. Finally he got me to sign a deal with his awesome sales pitch!

The tech Joey that came and for bugs, when he sprayed inside the house and did not tell me to open the windows, I thought to do so after he left. My 11 month old son started coughing after crawling around.

I called and spoke with an account manager to discontinue services they charge a cancellation fee of $300 which I was told was $200. I feel lied to and these people lie about services and are misleading for the intention of making a profit. I am sorry I unfortunately did not do my research and fell for this.

Brooks has been amazing so far. Very personable and carefully listened to my concerns and has done an amazing job. Great communication. I can trust them to go the extra mile to keep our home pest free.

Carson was our technician and he was very nice and knowledgeable. Great representation of their company. Thank you!
