My technician, Cesar, did a really thorough job servicing the exterior of my home and answering all of my questions. He was very professional, kind, and understanding of a few obstacles I was concerned about in my backyard. This was my first service with Brook’s so I can’t rate the product quality just yet; however, today was Cesar delivered a great first impression and I am looking forward to finally getting the pests under control with this company.

We just had our initial treatment today. The salesman (Brayden) came out yesterday and he scheduled us for a treatment right away. The salesman was super nice, not pushy, and actually helped us lug in some furniture (we’re literally moving in right now). The technician (Alaric) today was professional, quick, and thorough. He called in advance and called again when he got stuck in traffic. He explained what his treatment plan was and had me double check his work before he finished. All together, this has been a great experience so far. Thanks!
