Long overdue review. This place lacks training and expertise with German vehicles. This place was referred to me by my sister, who has been a customer there for over 5 years now.
I took my BMW back in early July for an oil change. After taking my vehicle the 1x my car continued to mark “engine oil level low” I didn’t think much of it and I went back for the 2x in the span of 2 weeks for them to add more oil. It wasn’t until shortly after my vehicle began having all sorts of problems - leaking oil, transmission fluid needed to be change, gasket needed to be replaced, etc.. I took my car to a mechanic in Lynwood to get these repairs done. A $1.2k bill later, is when the mechanic discovered whoever did the oil change the 1x threw away the oil filter which caused all those problems. Clearly these lube brothers don’t know what they were doing. Wish I could give this place -5 stars. I’m owed a full refund for their poor quality work, pull out the receipts. 🚮🚮🚮
