Brother's did a subterranean termite treatment for our 140 year farmhouse and by no fault of their own, hit the hidden PVC main water pipe that was awkwardly hidden under a concrete patio slab. They sent their construction crew out to immediately fix the issue working well past quitting time to make sure we had water to the house which included jack hammering a section of the patio, replacing the pipe, fixing some rot they discovered along the way, and repairing the concrete. They absolutely went the extra mile to ensure we were happy with the job and their staff was courteous, professional, and a pleasure to work with.

I have no doubt if I'd gone with another termite service, the situation could have been disastrous!
