The process from placing the initial order to taking delivery was really fast. We worked with Terrance, who was very helpful during the entire process, answering all our questions promptly, including after sales questions (thanks!). We also received invaluable assistance from Keith (thank you for making the custom order process so easy and smooth!) and Brandee (thank you for walking us through everything!).
Overall, we are very satisfied with the experience at Brotherton Cadillac!
PS: I hope the CT5 is never discontinued!
