The price is lower than other offices and I have never experienced them being rude. They did however, seem a little too laid back. The customer service is not very professional and there were four large dogs in the office every time I went there. There are dog beds and toys all over the place and it is totally dirty . I mean that is really unprofessional and gross to have all all of those animals in a place of business

They are very helpful in your scary time of despair. Even have videos on YouTube to explain the process. They do all your paperwork and they go to the hearing with you. Both of these women care about your situation and will help you find resolve if you are honest with them. My husband and I highly recommend them to anyone whom find themselves in our situation.
