Adding new rules without telling customer till the customer is about to go through the wash. Management at this dealership is rude and terrible. Upper management is no better in helping a customer resolve issues. Absolutely terrible customer service all around.

Michael and Trish are the most accommodating and respectful, they both possess excellent communication skills. My experience with the Brown Bear Car was on the corner of 305 and Hostmark in Poulsbo is the only car wash my family and I will use because we can expect nothing but excellent service!
