I've only had one problem at this car wash, they didn't tape down my rear window wiper appropriately and it got ruined. I talked to the manager, showed him pictures of the poor tape job, got a couple estimates, had the repair done and within about 10 days I had a check for the full amount.

I've been getting my cars washed here for a couple years. But today, there was a guy working there today, Hector. He went above and beyond to help me get my mom's truck clean. As someone who has worked in management for many years, I can see good customer service from a mile away. Keep it up Hector!

The staff ROCKS! Customer service is huge for me and this Brown Bear has always been amazing. I’m a fairly regular customer to this location and will continue to home here! Special thank you to Jennifer, I always see her here. She always has a bright smile!
