This employee Nathan who waved us through the car wash gave us the biggest smile and I saw him do it for everyone before us. He seemed happy to be there, which made us smile :) thanks Nathan for spreading the smiles!! Great customer service!

Been going to different locations for years and went to their new location with my Defender 110 that has a factory mounted side ladder. Never an issue. The rude General.Manager without even saying hello, refuse to wash my car in this location even after I showed him proof of having wash my car at their other locations without any issues. Not going back and canceled my membership. Rude dude.

2nd time using this new location. 1st time the wash ripped off my license place fixture. The second time it put a 5 inch crack in the windshield. I didn't ask for any resolution for the license plate damage. I did return to the wash immediately following today's windshield damage and was told it was preexisting. Of the 100 plus visits I've been to other BBs, these 2 times at the new Issaquah are the only that have taken on damage.
