I, initially, gave this Brown Bear location a 3 star review. Within 2 hours they reached out to address any concerns I may have had. I really didn't put a lot of effort into the review (I only put the stars there). However, after seeing that they at least reached out for some sort of resolution, I'm upgrading it to 4 stars. The reason I had it at 3 was due to the quality of the wash/dry. When I left the automated cleaning stall my vehicle was very wet still. Which, can happen but lead me to believe that the unit may need to be serviced? Either way, I'd use it again and hope to have a little higher quality cleaning and drying for my vehicle.

I come here all the time. There touchless wash works pretty good. Wash bays are convenient

I shared this moment with my father in law who's never been to a car wash he loved it. Best car wash yet.
