Our entire lower backyard was flooded after a visit from a tech. We left a voicemail thinking, “Hm. It’s very strange that our pump is now gushing water immediately after a technician just came out.. and now they are not responding to our voicemails or calls.” When we finally got a hold of them, we were told that this issue is “not their problem now”, and basically were disrespected verbally over the entire duration of the phone call. We were offered no solutions, and funny enough, he actually brought up payment before addressing the entire issue of water gushing out of our pool pump.
The entire ordeal was incredibly stressful, how we were spoken to after calling and addressing the issue was completely unacceptable. I’ve documented everything, including a video of the water leaking (if leaking is the proper word for something that resembled a water hose spewing non-stop) as well as assess any damage to our property that might occur because of this. We are also leaving reviews with the BBB.
Really bummed out :(
