My grandmother past away recently and I needed to get my measurements for a suit that I'm picking up when I get there. Without buying anything they took my measurements no fuss and helped me out on a jam so I could email the tailor. I appreciate the hospitality in time of need.

I had a special occasion dress and some dress pants altered. She did a great job and both fit great, and she was super nice. I just wasn't aware that it would be as expensive as it was ($150). After discussing further with her, since I didn't know the price until after the work was done (and the dress itself was $50 so I probably wouldn't have gotten it altered at all), she worked with me and we came to a resolution. So overall, it was a good experience, just a higher price tag than expected.
