We stopped in at Browns for a quick bite thinking it'd be like most of the other Brown's we've been to around the Lower Mainland. Must have been a bad night for them, it was very disorganized. Food came out slow and to the wrong tables. Lots of confused and irritated glances at the tables around us. Not to mention the prices were very high. Happy hour menu was decent - had some affordable and interesting options but lots of fried food!
We settled on Fried Chicken and Pickles as well as a Avocado & Yam Roll. Both were decent enough. I would try something new next time, maybe off the legit menu which seemed to be a bit more diversified.
Victor, our server, was the only saving grace. He seemed to be handling the pressure pretty well and did his best to accommodate amidst the kitchen struggles.
