I love Bruchi's! I first started going there in the 90's. My favorite way back then is still my favorite now...the club with a side of caesar dressing. Best sandwich place there is! I live in western Washington and we don't have Bruchi's, so every time I come to Kennewick it's quite a treat. Clean store, great service, tasty sandwiches, you can't lose! I only gave three stars for atmosphere because I always get my food to go, but if I had to eat there I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be mad about it lol.

I have never ate here before and decided to buy lunch for my work group. I ordered online I paid I even gave a tip and it says pick up at 12:35. I arrive at 12:40 they're all standing around looking at each other like where's her food. 10 minutes past she tried to tell me that they're making french fries. Another 10 minutes past I see people's orders going out with french fries. They never made my sandwiches. When they finally figured it out they had not made anything so another 15 minutes went past 1:00 before I got that 12:35 order. Then I didn't know which sandwich was what because they all looked alike and they weren't really marked. Never again
