I am extremely disappointed with the scheduling policies at Bruner Orthodontics. If you have school-age kids, be prepared for a lot of frustration. They do not accommodate children's school schedules at all. For instance, they only allow braces removal appointments in the morning, which means pulling your kids out of school, regardless of important tests or activities they may have.
To make matters worse, they have very limited hours, offering almost no flexibility for working parents. We tried to reschedule after learning about a conflict with our child's test schedule, but they were completely uncooperative. If both parents work, expect to repeatedly take time off from your job just to bring your child in. It's been incredibly inconvenient and frustrating.
If you are both working parents and care about your child’s education, save yourself the hassle and find another orthodontist who understands the need for flexibility. I regret choosing this place and will be looking for an orthodontist that respects our time.
