Lately, Bruxie has been one of my biggest disappointments. The fried chicken is still good but most everything else has declined and I am wondering why. It's a waffle and chicken place but the waffle has gone down the drain.
They used to have pretty decent vegetarian options - even if limited - but they are also gone. You can only get a plain waffle (maybe an egg), tots/fries, and sweet waffles. The salad and sandwich are gone - but why?
The drinks are alright - the Arnold Palmer is too sweet and the coffee is just a notch above diner coffee but for twice the price.
I like eating out and the atmosphere is great but the decline in food quality has been unbearable. I just get some tenders from time to time to satisfy the fried chicken urge. Not really recommended anymore.
