Dr. Ma is super approachable, knowledgeable and friendly and his staff are all fantastic. They are always timely, helpful and even have the extra perks like the ability to text for appts or helping to clean/tighten your glasses when visiting.
I never feel like they are trying to sell me on some new/expensive product and always have my best interest in mind. There's many closer OD offices (I've moved since originally coming here) but I still come back despite the drive because they're worth it!!
I was referred by a fellow coworker who's been with Dr. Ma for a long time. She's referred many family members as well as other coworkers. From the moment I stepped in to the place, I felt welcomed. Everything went very quickly and smoothly. I appreciated his expertise on whether I should try progressive lenses. His staff were very knowledgeable and helpful which made my overall experience a great one.
