Firstly, the company was suggested to us by a friend who has been involved in the contracting sector for over 20 years. This friend couldn't recommend them highly enough when it came to roofing work - assuring us they were the best. Our interaction with Leo, one of their salesmen, was also commendable. His extensive knowledge on the various choices and the entire project procedure was truly enlightening. Leo was diligent enough to verify any questions he wasn't certain of and always got back to us promptly. His patience with our decision-making process was greatly appreciated. The actual days of installing our new roof, soffit, and gutters were managed efficiently by Everett, the project manager. His clear communication from the outset, regarding the process and timeline of completion, was reassuring. Despite the summer heat, everything was completed excellently and promptly. We found the entire team to be exceptionally friendly. What really stood out, prompting us to write this review, was the way a small clean-up issue was handled. Both Everett and the company owner stepped in, going above and beyond to not just resolve our problem, but to exceed our expectations. After we reached out to Everett, he adjusted his schedule and made a considerable effort to come over the next day to assist with the clean-up. Additionally, the owner himself visited us within the next week to hear our concerns. He even offered to fix an unrelated issue with a light switch, which was a delightful surprise. We are truly grateful for the exceptional service rendered, which has left us more than just satisfied.
