These guys lost a sale. I walked in with my wife and kids looking for a new couch set we found a few that we were semi-interested in but NOBODY greeted us when we walked in or as we were shopping around the store. A lady tried to finally approach us as we were walking out but I had already lost interest on being their customer. We went else were and bought our new set and ended up paying a bit less anyway. Not a good experience for us here. 👎👎

Several months ago I purchased a recliner from Brys. I liked the one that swiveled but didn't want a swivel recliner so the salesperson said they could order same chair without the swivel. After approximately 8 weeks it was delivered. My friend put it together and I sat down. It was so low! Went back to Brys to tell them the chair was too low. They made call to manufacturer who advised there wasn't a fix. Why didn't the salesman know that that particular chair couldn'tbe ordered without the swivel? . Owner (?) said I could just have a friend build a base to raise it up!! Never was I given the option to return the chair! A few weeks ago a button came off the back. I will never purchase anything from Brys again and will make sure to tell friend and family why.
