In February I got stating my card is going to be suspended for non payment of child support, but I'm current. In April they were supposed to release it. That never happened. I spoke child support, and Consumer Affairs and it was was released, and my card was active again. Now I get another letter saying that my card is being suspended again for the same reason. This does not make any sense! You are about to keep me from working over your screw ups!

On 5/2/2022, i called because i was having problems with logging on. i called and only had to wait for about two minutes on the phone. Niki helped me to navigate through my problem and she was extremely helpful. We are all humans and sometime we have bad days. That is when you have to try a little bit harder to make them feel better. Great Job Niki.

I sent my renewal for my guard card with a check and waited. After a few weeks I called the number listed and left messages. I have called 5 to 6 times a month since August and have left messages. I have been assured that I would get a phone call but to date I have not received nothing. My check was cashed and I have not received my guard card and I was informed that I have been cancelled because the time was lapse. I want my money back if I am not going to get my guard card. I have never experienced such bad treatment and I feel like I have been discriminated against. I want a refund. Is this how government is conducting business, they take your money and refused to give you what you paid for. Have the decency to give me a refund or give me my guard card
