Nick and his team did an amazing job remodeling our master bathroom. The curbless shower installation, plumbing fixtures, tile layout and installation are superb. We had a number of nonstandard features and Nick was communicative and confident in carrying out the work. He was on time, on schedule, and upfront about any cost adjustments.
We are so pleased with his attention to detail, good management, and open communication that we have just signed on for another bathroom remodel.

We worked with BTBI to renovate our kitchen, primary bed/bath, and a full bath. As our first time renovation we could not have asked for a better experience and outcome! Nick and team really took care to minimize disruption and debris while working in our home and their finish work is outstanding. Nick was always in regular communication with us and transparent with pricing and timing throughout the projects. We are so fortunate to have found BTBI and look forward to working with them again!

Nick and the BTBI team remodeled our primary bathroom and were great to work with. We've used a number of contractors in the past and were never satisfied. Nick is by far the best we've had. He's great with communication, the work is quality, he truly cares about the end result, and the cost is reasonable. I highly recommend him!
