I can't recommend BTL enough. I manage the architectural plans and permits for a local residential developer and I've been in the construction industry for 25+ years. I've worked with a lot of different structural engineers in a lot of different capacities over the years and BTL is by far my favorite to work with. They work with their clients to achieve exact goals, no matter how large or small the project may be. I can also trust that they value engineer everything they touch which provides tremendous value both before and during construction. They are always a phone call or an email away and always provide same-day solutions to the variety issues that are bound to come up during the construction process. Bravo, BTL. I couldn't do what I do without you!

Great experiences all around with BTL. As a homeowner wanting to start a remodel, I reached out to BTL to determine which walls were load-bearing. They came out quickly, were able to make a determination quickly, and prepared an engineering letter that outlined their findings. I've also referred other tradesman to BTL and have heard good things from them as well.
