I'll give this place credit on 2 things. The only laundromat north of Seattle open after 9pm (they stay open until 10, but the doors are electronically locked, allowing exit but no re-entry at 9:30,) and it's relatively clean. That's it.
While all laundromats that I've used this year require masking and social distancing (reasonable requests,) this place requires you to wait in your vehicle. So if you're washing your coat, you better have an extra, or be willing to run your vehicle for heat during your visit. Monitored, I suppose, by the numerous cameras, since there's no worker available to handle problems (like the change machine shorting someone.)
The restroom is supposedly available for use. But, it's locked. Since there is no attendant on premises, there is a sign on the door, telling you to text a picture of your license to receive the code to the keypad lock, with the warning that a response "can take up to 15 minutes." As of the time I am typing this, I've been waiting for a half hour.
Finally, the price. I can't tell you how extravagant the large machines (intended for bulky bedding, large loads, etc,) cost, as only 3 are working, and they (along with most of the small machines) were occupied by a single customer. But the few small machines I was able to use ($1.50-2.75 MAX at any other laundromat I've ever been in,) cost $3.50 for cold, light/regular wash, and $5.00 for hot and/or heavy.
My first and LAST time using this rip-off establishment.
