I would expect a little more from the buckle... they have very little selection in jeans. I have gone back in 5 times over 3 months to make sure I was getting an accurate opinion.... they had MAYBE 2 more styles of jeans. Who wants all the same jeans all the time? Girls are usually friendly and helpful.... on the upside

I used to buy all my jeans here. The last two pairs I've purchased have had the back pockets start to tear out in less than a year. Clearly, they have cheapened their manufacturing while keeping the prices premium. I tried to speak with customer service about this, but they made it clear that they simply do not care. I strongly recommend to anyone buying jeans to go elsewhere. Why spend $70-$100 on something that will fall apart in six months?

Love, love, love Buckle! I only buy my jeans from them due to quality and customer service. The manager was fantastic when I needed some patchwork done after owning a pair of jeans for years and had some minor repairs needed. Highly recommend!
