First off, I've never gotten a car from a dealership. Every time I step foot on a lot I get turned off by the sales person or manager or owner. That being said, I didn't expect any different from Bucks. I was wrong. My timing was bad since Buck was short handed and he was pretty busy by the time I stopped in. He was very nice and checked in with me a couple of times as I was waiting to let me know how much longer it would be and got with me soon after. He was super helpful navigating the loan process and made sure I was well informed about the vehicle and buying process. I don't have the best credit but he made it work. In fact he bent over backward to make it happen. I came back the next day with all the information needed, signed all the paperwork and I was driving my new (used) truck home feeling good about the experience. I will recommend. Thanks Buck!
