Hmm.. I’m sure this is a great tire shop for some people but unfortunately their customer service over the phone is very poor. I called this morning 12/9/22 7:40 am and a lady answered. I asked if they install studs, she was unsure so put me on hold came back with an answer from her boss and said they do install studs as long as the tires are brand new. I told her they are brand new, and she said never been installed. No, they are brand new and she said hold on and then came back and said nope, we won’t stud them take them back to where you got them. If that was the case don’t lead potential customers on with saying you do provide services then turning around with a smart response

I’ve been using Buck’s Tire Automotive for several years now. Our whole family uses Buck’s. The owner is honest and fair and always has time to say hello. It is so nice to know that I’m going to be treated with the best care possible. The prices are reasonable and they always give me options on repairs. Have gone here for years. Always an honest shop. Only does work that is absolutely necessary and also the most economical option. Jay is always willing to consult about a problem before you actually make the decision to bring your car in.
