I took my 2020 ford escape in for a factory warranty repair on my tranny. in August 2024 and when I got it back they had damaged my drivers side front door the window will not roll down and it sounds like the door is going to fall off when opening and closing. I have tried to contact them numerous times since 8/14/24 with no response and no repair has been done. the damage was done in there shop by sheer negligence and they appear to be not wanting to fix the door as not 1 person has contacted me to get this issue taken care of they just keep pushing me off to other departments and never returning my calls or texts.

It has been over 20 years since I bought a brand new car. I decided I wanted a Ford Maverick, but they are in short supply, so I worked with Kaylee, at this dealership, to custom order one through the Ford factory.
I ordered it in early April, and it was finally ready for me to pick up yesterday! Kaylee had excellent customer service skills and made the process of ordering the truck very unintimidating and efficient. I appreciated her expertise regarding the process.
In the interim of the manufacturing and transport process, Kaylee got promoted to the finance department. So once I was notified that the Maverick had arrived at this dealership and that it had been detailed and inspected, I then dealt with another floor salesman, Marshall, who had overseen the process of getting the truck ready for me to finally pick up.
Marshall was really personable and helpful throughout the process of getting the final paperwork in order and interfacing with Kaylee in the Finance Dept. He has a gift for putting a customer at ease and making one feel that he has the customer's best interests at heart. He and Kaylee together made a great team! The truck looked GORGEOUS when I arrived. It was gleaming from a fresh coat of wax!
I signed all the final papers with through Kaylee, and she was helpful in explaining each form.
What impressed me the most about buying a car at this dealership is that I didn't feel that there was game-playing going on, which I am aware happens at lots of dealers. I felt the process was transparent and fare and that communication was always top-notch! I highly recommend this dealership, from my personal experience!
