This probably one of the slowest places I have ever seen if you want to get your vehicle fixed. I dropped my ford transit van to get it fixed. Two months and a half later, they had not done anything about it so I had to take it somewhere else. If you ever call them to check for updates, they will tell you what they probably tell everyone ‘’your vehicle is the next in line now’’. Not to forget the bad attitude and racism with the people working in the customer service. I ended taken my van to a private shop where I got it fixed in 11 days. Every time I was there to check on updates about my van, there was an Incident of people complaining about the customer service and the people working there. I don’t recommend anyone to visit this place for any maintenance services.

Sales team was great especially Tanya. She put up with my emotions during this process. I am a very on/ off kind of person. Tanya held my hand through the process.
Thank you.
Kevin was really good about explaining the financial issues.
Thank you.

Very disappointed with visit I am from out of state and I had my sun roof break on me. I had my wife take the truck in while I was working in area and she was quoted with a vague non itemized quote 4,872 to fix sun roof and 834 to fix valve cover leak. I am a maintenance manager and tech for many years by trade but I have extended service warranty plan so I had her take it in because I needed a diagnostic for my extended warranty to cover. To start with I pop my hood to check for the “leak” and my valve cover gaskets are not leaking at all no signs of any oil ever being anywhere on this engine, I would have challenged that one but I was like ok but let’s gets the sun roof fixed . I get with the adjuster from warranty and we call Bud clary ford and the adjuster is asking for part numbers and service hours and 5 units of silicone that they quickly say is a mistake and remove, labor rate which they charge 180 an hour. When all said and done services adds up to 4300 for all services they “diagnosed”. Now I really get uncomfortable as they just marked up 2k for who knows what reason. I did ask why the markup charge and they said warranties don’t pay markups so why should the consumer ? I finally just canceled the service as I heard negative feedback back from people in the community and then I look on yelp and oh my gosh the peoples reviews are spot on. I will lose my money on the diagnostic as I only have to cover the deductible but I will not support a company with ethics and culture of this sort that is willing to take someone’s hard earned money.I figure I will get a copy and paste apology from someone at the dealership but from the trend on reviews it’s seems to be how the business just runs.
