I was very impressed with my experience at Bud Clary Chrysler Dodge Jeep. I had a check engine light come on 2,000 miles from my next destination. The service department brought my truck in the very next morning, diagnosed it, ordered the parts, had them shipped to their location as quick as they could and performed the repairs very quickly. Aerin, the service representative I dealt with throughout the process was so great!! She kept me up to date on part status, repairs and she went above and beyond. Even after I was down the road 1,100 miles I received a follow up to make sure everyone was okay.
I am impressed with Bud Clary Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and their customer service!!
