Beautiful bouquet of flowers, very well done and aesthetically pleasing. The customer service was always very nice and helpful.
Unfortunately the problem we had was a delivery issue, since we waited till 8:30 PM for my bouquet and balloons to be delivered. We did have to cancel a few other things planned today to wait for the flowers which was some inconvenience but when my partner called in they did inform him that they delivered to businesses first and then personal orders after. The other issue was the size of the bouquet it seemed somewhat small, but my partner said he ordered the most expensive thinking it would be a bigger bouquet. So those were the only minor issues, but knowing how floral shops are usually busy on Valentine’s Day I try to be somewhat understanding.
Other than that the bouquet is beautiful work and the workers were very nice and helpful.
