Very efficient and courteous greeters and service advisor. David made sure that my recall part was in stock and how to proceed. This review would be 5 stars except that upon receiving my car after the recall issue had been taken care of, my back seat area was a mess, the back of the console face plate was left on the floor and an attachment screw was found on the driver's floor. Even if the technician had at least tried to put my backseat area back the way he found it, I would understand, however the faceplate and console attachment screw were a bit frustrating. I have to admit this Honda Center if very clean and the amount of servicing bays is impressive despite my minor issues.

Shout out to Service Coordinator Claudia Ramirez! Great customer service. She understood the urgency of my need to have my vehicle back in service before the end business that day and delivered as promised.

I came in for an oil change and was notified of a recall instantly. I truly appreciate the communication and the great service Buena Park Honda provides. Thank you, David Park, for you for be knowledgeable and having an awesome attitude!
