I would give this place a zero if I could. They came into my apt. and shattered my tv then ignored me . I kept after them then they refused to take responsibility for the damage saying not their problem. Beware of this company.

Luckily, I have yet to need treatment for bed bugs. However, the minute I found evidence of one I called Sara and she spent ten minutes on the phone with me detailing what steps I should take and then emailed back and forth with me about what to do. Their customer service is unparalleled and if you’re having issues with bugs of any kind, these would be the first folks I would call!
