Bugmasters are the masters! They were so efficient, kind, helpful and clear. Everything was laid out in normal terms that I could understand. All costs were discussed upfront and there was nothing hidden. They were clean around the house. They came exactly when they said they would and were done earlier than they expected. Excellent experience from beginning to end!
