When i saw these reviews, I had to write one. I’ve been using this company for about 5 years and have nothing but good to say. The inspectors do a thorough inspection even if it means crawling around in the attic or under the house. They are honest and their prices are fair. I use them for my house and my mom’s house and i was actually referred to this company by another company that does bugs but not termites and he highly recommended simply termite and Inspector Alan Dennis. I’m grateful for his recommendation and glad i took his advice. I’m not sure what others were expecting but if you’ve got termites, Alan will find them. Just for honesty purposes, my last inspection was, no bugs!
