It was my first time there it was a great experience expect. The person helping us make the bear did not inform us that the hearts cost 18 EXTRA! she simply handed us the heart and said would you like to do the heart ceremony not telling us it would cost 18 dollars. I know we should have asked but I feel like they should have informed us better.

Jeromy did an amazing job! He really took care of us and mad it very fun. We look forward to the next time we come in!

I went in with my family yesterday at 1:12pm for the pay your age deal! They guys working were absolutely amazing!! We will be definitely coming back soon so our kids can get clothes for their bear!! 10/10 recommended!!!
