Went in to get a stuffed animal for my daughter's birthday. We walked out with 2. They have such cute and very soft plush animals that you stuff right there in the store. You put in a heart and you can put scents and/or voice if you like. You can also get clothes and acceasories for your animal. It's located inside the mall on the 2nd level near Macy's.

People were very helpful. My daughter got a light fury and forgot to grab the wings. They reminded her. So the employee grab it which made my daughter very happy.

I went in yesterday around 4pm with my daughter to build her a bear for her 10th birthday and I was very disappointed with the service and experience we had. When we first walked in we were not greeted what so ever and mind you, we were the only two customers there. The two employees at the counter were so busy talking to one another that we were never acknowledged. It was as if we weren’t there. We walked around and picked things out and only assumed what the process was supposed to be like because no one was assisting us. About 15 - 20 min later my daughter went up to the counter to ask a question because again, no one was assisting us. Her question was answered and they went right back to talking. Shortly after, another employee walked in to start his shift and he was the one who assisted us and made my daughters bear. I am very grateful to that employee for engaging with my daughter and making her experience better. For spending almost $100 this is not how the service should be. My daughter only turns 10 once and it should have been a special experience.
