Called ahead, staff was friendly. Went in later and staff was patient helping my overly excited 4y/o build his first bear. Definitely recommend taking your little for their birthday, you only pay the age their turning (example, i only paid $4 cause he's turning 4 this week). You pay extra for an outfit or talking heart, but it's definitely worth seeing them happy and have a special friend that they 'made'. Definitely going back on years to come.
