15+ years of dealing with this company. Never again. They messed up my door order so bad after a employee quit. Only follow up was…it was going to be late three different times. Which was only after I called. Unfinished doors showed up. In a month and a half they were supposed to be ready. You think someone would might have checked that they had order right. everyone was SO helpful! From the ease of payment to having what we needed in stock and loaded as well. Tomas helped tremendously make my quick lunch break errand to get lumber very easy. He picked out great 10ft 4x4s for me, checked they were good quality, and loaded them in the truck for me. Very greatful and everyone seemed to be happy to be working! We will be making this place our priority to come back for our future projects.

Steer clear from BA, Big store with very Low standards. And returning missed order items is a hassel. Poor all around.
