Working with Jenelle and Chelcia at BC was the best 😭😭I can not thank these two enough for their kindness, awesome communication and professionalism. They were very prompt with their responses and always did what they said they were going to do. Their follow up is top notch as well. Most people I have to follow up with for updates, I didn’t have to do that with them. Definitely recommend these two ladies

Jennie Drake has been our loan coordinator providing exceptional service, depth of knowledge of the Builders Capital systems, and prompt answers when required. In addition, she has been an advocate for our team with senior management when necessary. All in all, our experience with Builders Capital has been excellent.

We have loan accounts with Builder Capital for two years now. The loan draw process is smooth and timely. If any assistance is needed the help is always available. Our loan officer Jennie Drake is excellent and always goes above and beyond to accommodate us. I am very grateful for her timey help!!!
