So lucky to have this location available with specialty locksmiths! They are always helpful and they work on all locks including "Medeco". We recently had a Medeco deadbolt keyed to match the rest we already had. Not every locksmith will even install a Medeco. Let alone, key a group of them alike. Apparently it is an investment for the proper (specific) tools needed for them. Informed, friendly, dedicated staff in the main shop too. They also carry door or cabinet knobs, all manners of locks and hardware for your home or business, and then some... Nice showroom too. They can also order things not in stock for your project.

The last three times I have been at Builder's Supply, a sales associate has gone the extra mile to get me what I need. Whether it be an obscure internal spring for a handset, or producing a product same day that was listed as not in stock, Builder's Supply comes through. Very impressed. I will be coming back for all my business needs and recommending them for sure!

I'm a contractor. When I walk through the door I come prepared with part numbers etc. I've never had a bad experience. That being, I've seen staff bend over backwards frequently to get the average non-commercial customer exactly what they need. Most folks don't know the nomenclature of door hardware. They take the time to help guide you to what you need. For that brief moment of the day, the staff here makes you feel like you're the only person in the world. Can't tell you how much I appreciate that. Keep up the good work!
