As a seller I hated this guy, and I'm guessing the local realtors dread seeing his name because I'm sure he is a deal killer. He cost me a fortune to remedy the "defects" he found in a perfectly sound property that I sold on Bainbridge. He definitely clouds the big picture of whether a house is good or not with too many ticky-tack complaints.

Chris was the inspector for the purchase of our new home. We were so lucky to have him and his in-depth knowledge before we purchased our home. He went above and beyond to make sure we knew everything about the home before we bought it. He came highly recommended by our realtor and he definitely lived up to his reputation as being the best inspector out there. Would recommend to anyone!

About a year before contacting Cris to inspect our new home I had overheard him explaining how he inspects homes. I thought to myself if I ever buy a home I need him to inspect it. I was not disappointed!! He was so thorough and really took the time to show us how things worked and what was important to know about our new house. The final inspection was 15 pages with pictures!! Were there small things that we don't necessarily need to attend to right away? Yes, but those are the things I want to know about, in addition to the things that must be fixed. If you want to know the ins and outs of one of the biggest purchases you might be making, Cris is the one to call! I would recommend him to anyone and everyone!
