I'm giving them 2 stars because they kept my kid alive while he was there. The owner is rude has no patience, My child was always very sick while he was there it turned when I was taking him to ER multiple times. They put on a smile to get you enrolled then they complain and nag at you for everything. Kim's daughter is the only nice and reasonable one there if I had an issue I would go to her, The first sign I should of realized was when I did a walk through and one of the girls she has says "wow another one, that's already 10 kids" she said it in a very negative way I should of walked away at that point. My kid was here for 3 months maybe, they close early and if your late they charge you like crazy if your a busy parent like me juggling kids and work their schedule isn't easy to work with.

Our children have attended for 4 years/ 2 years now and we couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. They are family and they treat all the families as if they are as well. Kim is an amazing woman as are all the lovely women who work there! They are caring and welcoming and have great communication. Only have praise for Building Memories!

Our son (2 yrs) has been attending Building Memories Early Learning Center for just about a year now. The social skills and even manners he’s learned are astounding. My husband and I are are always pleasantly surprised by the things that our son has learned and it’s definitely because of Kim and the teachers at BMELC. They are very accommodating. We are enrolled 4 days a week but on multiple occasions have needed that extra day. Kim has always accommodated us, even sometimes at the very last minute (or morning of!).
I appreciate Kim and all of the teachers. They are all professional, friendly and love working with the kids. I have no concerns about dropping my child off there as I know he is safe and well cared for. I would definitely recommend BMELC to anyone needing childcare!
