I would like to thank the assistant manager Jim for his excellent customer service. I rent a Billy goat brush cutter, after an hour I took a break and tried to restart when the pull cord broke. He had his staff deliver a new machine within the hour. I was back to work and happy thanks to Jim. Awesome

Here twice and both times I had a really good experience. Their pricing is reasonable, no frill or fluff just straight forward up front pricing which I really appreciate. They loaded the equipment in my car for me and explained how to use everything thoroughly.

Had a great experience at the Puyallup location. Jim was able to help us pick out equipment and offered us help on another small project we were working in. He Definitely went above and beyond. It was refreshing to receive top tier customer service, we will definitely return in the future.
