The fellas in the back helping are great and helpful. The gentleman in the front desk though has very little customer service. No patients for customers . I have rented tools there twice and both times I had the same experience.
Chad at the downtown puyallup location was fantastic! I was about to rent a tow dolly for my sones Honda Accord. Chad had the same vehicle and was able to tell me most likely what my problem was after we talked about my issue. Who would have known that a tool rental shop that could have rented me a dolly to bring my car into a mechanic would same me hundreds of dollars and headaches! Hands down awesome service! Thanks guys
