I’ve never stayed consistent with a workout class or program before but I have been consistent with Bunda for the last 2 1/2 months! All the trainers here are wonderful and motivational! I love the energy in the classes and the variety of music played. The whole team here is welcoming and so friendly! Even if I wasn’t feeling motivated, I’d still be incentivized to go because of how fantastic the entire team is. The team remembered that I went on vacation and asked me about it when I got back, you simply don’t get that any other workout facility. The community that is formed here is wonderful and I truly feel so grateful to have found this location! If you’re on the fence about trying it out, I would 100% recommend.

I’m a fan! Finding a studio that fits your needs (cardio & strength training + no/low impact + knowledgeable trainers!) is a tall order! I found it in Bunda and I feel strong and my back does not hurt! Josh is a fantastic trainer whose instruction is extremely knowledgeable. My back used to hurt after deadlifts, now that I’m doing them correctly, everything is stronger! And the stairs! Deceptively challenging cardio! Thanks Bunda for checking my boxes!

Love Bunda, truly has become my favorite part of my morning routine. All the front desk girlies are the best and so welcoming. The coaches are phenomenal, they all go above and beyond to make sure you’re reaching your fitness goals the form corrections are the cherry on top for me. I can’t recommend Bunda enough!
