Very UNPROFESSIONAL!! This review is based on a phone call I had with the director or one of the teachers. I couldn't find a website online so I called to see if they were accepting new students.

I called for information to enroll my son. She rudely hung up on me after saying, "I can't talk right now!"

What?! Get your business together people, come on!

The staff is amazing at Burbank Child Care Center. My two children (ages 2.5 and 5) just finished their first year at BCCC. Both children enjoy the school and the staff has been so caring towards them since their first day. Most days both kids run to give the staff hugs at drop off and it is like a 2nd home for my children. They love the staff and the staff love them. They are always sending home cute art projects and have circle time and play time each day. Academically, my 2.5 year old is singing the alphabet and counting to 10. My 5 year old is writing the alphabet and his first & last name before he starts Kindergarten in the fall.
