One of the most biased offices, they charged a father who had custody of his son with "Criminal Threat" in the middle of custody case with no evidence what so ever to back mother's allegation , child's mother was trying to get full custody so she could take the child out of state and collect.

The father pleaded not guilty and requested a jury trial, after months of process the jury found him not guilty 8-4 so the case was dismissed, less than a week later the father got a letter in mail saying they want to recharge him with the same charge, and again all kinds of threats were made before the process, the father requested a jury trial again, after another few months the jury found him not guilty again 7-5 so the case was dismissed again. a few days later he got another letter in mail saying they want to recharge him again for the third time !!! ( I don't even think this is legal ) So he appeared on court date for the third trial, the Judge asks the prosecutor: ("Do you want to recharge again ?") and the prosecutor said YES. So the Judge and the prosecutor are having a discussion in open court and saying:

(DO NOT LET THE JURY KNOW THAT THIS CASE WAS TRIED TWICE ALREADY) !!!!!!

I couldn't believe what I was hearing, this is all happening in front of the father while sitting in court !!! He was not allowed to present evidence to show the jury and he lost the case and his son's custody after that.

( HOW COULD YOU CONCEAL THE TRUTH FROM THE JURY IN A JURY TRIAL TO CONVICT SOMEONE BY FORCE, WHO HAS CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT TO DUE PROCESS ) ???

Meantime they set a bail of 50K (which 10% 5K is needed to be out) for a well known criminal felon and put him back on the streets, who has a wrap sheet size of LA Times newspaper and was arrested months later for assassinating a civilian on the street in broad daylight.

Ladies and Gents, don't expect any kind of assistance If you are a victim, they are not there to help you if it's not benefiting them, they will turn your case into a political circus to favor themselves. Wish I could write more of these experiences that I have witnessed over the 35 years living in Burbank.

Disgrace to this nation !!!
